This is written to be read, not to be survived. If anything here is unclear, call 813-999-0101 and ask.

The short version

• We never sell your information. Not to other agents, not to lead buyers, not to anyone.
• It goes to one licensed advisor — Samer Jaber — and no one else.
• We never ask about your medical history online. No conditions, no medications, nothing.
• You can opt out at any time and we'll stop.

What we collect

Only what you type into the coverage check: your ZIP code, your general situation, when you need coverage, roughly what you pay now, whether keeping your doctors matters, who needs covering, and how you'd like to be reached — plus your name, phone and email at the end.

We also record which page you arrived from, so we know which of our articles is actually useful. That is not tied to anything about you personally.

What we do not collect

No medical history. No conditions, medications, height, weight or tobacco use. If you later choose a plan that requires underwriting, the insurance company asks those questions directly and securely — not this website, and we never see the answers.

Your ZIP code is matched to a state inside your own browser. It is not sent to any outside service to do that.

Who sees it

Samer Jaber, the licensed advisor. If you ask us to get you a quote, the relevant insurance company sees what it needs to produce that quote. That's the whole list.

We do not sell, rent, auction, or share your details with other agents or marketing companies, and we will not start.

How we contact you

Only if you ticked the box asking us to, and only about health coverage. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to any text or unsubscribe from any email and it stops — or just say so on the phone.

We record when you gave consent and the exact wording you agreed to, so there is never a dispute about what you signed up for.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no advertising cookies and stores nothing about you in your browser. If we ever run ads, we'll use the advertising network's measurement tag and say so here first.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email sam@sjiadvisory.com or call 813-999-0101 and we'll handle it.

Children

This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. Coverage for your children is arranged with you, the parent.
